AgroTransilvania Cluster prepared the New Gender Equality Plan

We are excited to announce the launch of our Gender Equality Plan!

At AgroTransilvania Cluster, we believe in creating a workplace where everyone has the opportunity to thrive and succeed. That’s why we’ve developed this comprehensive plan to ensure that equality, diversity and inclusion are at the heart of everything we do.

Here are the actions included in our Gender Equality Plan:

• Creation of a Committee for gender equality
• Payroll and benefits analysis to identify and correct possible gender discrepancies in remuneration
• Providing gender equality training and awareness for employees and volunteers
• Pursuing a balanced representation of women and men in the processes of occupying management positions
• Following a balanced representation of women and men in research and development activity
• Monitoring and periodically reporting progress to the Council Director and General Assembly of Associations and other interested parties
• Assessments of the situation and assessment of the degree of fulfillment of indicators and responsibilities related to gender equality.
• Reviewing and adjusting the action plan according to the feedback and the evolution of the situation
