Activities:
The consortium for the implementation of the project consisted of 5 partners. The project aims to develop a value chain model that ensures cooperation between SMEs in food groups. This cooperation was also focused on the transfer of knowledge (technological and non-technological) and their exploitation, as well as exploration activities, with an emphasis on their practical collection and use.
